Although to date there have been operational challenges for providing Office Plugin for free, we have been able to operate well thanks to your support! Thank you so much for playing a pivotal role in our growth.
In order to meet your needs and expectations and evolve our service continually, we've launched our new subscription model in Dec 2020. We're proud to announce that our new subscription model which is specialized in collaboration and advanced email security is now live.
In accordance with subscription model launching, we've differentiated features by subscription plans. As the free features will be limited after April 2021, only customers within the subscription plan will be able to avail of all features.
From APRIL 2021, the Free version of Office Plugin features will be limited!
The free version of Office Plugin features will be limited starting April 2021. You can still leverage some features of the free version, but the features will be limited for free users. Learn more details below!

• One to One email sending (Unlimited) → Max recipients: 50 pax
• Macro sending (Unlimited) → Max recipients: 50 pax
• Send Secure Email → Not available
